Best day ever - DT call

Hi there, I have decided I will try out for my first DT call.
I love sugar nellie stamps although i don't own a lot of them. The one here that i am submitting is one of their retiring digital stamps called "best day ever"  You can still purchase her here
I am entering this card project into the Sugar Bowl DT call
I have coloured the image with derwent inktense pencils and mounted it on a frame of Spellbinder nestabilities dies. The cardstock and paper are from kaisercraft and the flowers are from I am roses. The leaves and little branches I made with two martha stewart punches.
The card fold I have used is quite simple and I call it a butterfly fold. I'm not sure if this is actually what it is called but thats what I call it :)  Below you can see the inside of  a card I made previously and get an idea of the fold. You simply have a normal folded card and then fold the front of the card back by half. Creating a bit of a Z shape. Sorry I should have taken a photo from the top of the card but alas I have already posted the card to my friend.
Well fingers crossed and thanks so much for dropping by.

The sentiment stamp is from kaisercraft and i used tan inktense toe give it the same shading as the main image. All cardstock is from kaisercraft.

Wedding card

Hello again (waving)

I was itching to give my new polychromos pencils a good try. I figured i would try them by colouring in a wedding stamp from S.W.A.L.K. Sorry i don't remember the stamps actual name.
Still getting used to these new pencils and i think it will quite some time until i am comfortable at using them. However, i decided to enter this finished product into the Kit and Clowder anything goes challenge for October.
The lacey heart die is from Spellbinders and the flowers are from my stash. The cherish stamp is from kaisercraft as well as the cardstock i used (Lilac and elephant grey). The papers i got as a freebie from a magazine quite a while ago. The twine is from whimsy farm twine :)

Anti Gravity Hair

Hello Again
I have a fabulous lineart here drawn by Sureya (deviantart) called Anti Hair Gravity and couldn't resist colouring her up and the kit and clowder September colour inspiration challenge was perfect to match it with.
*note Sureyas terms and conditions on her lineart available for colouring
I have used mainly Derwent inktense pencils to colour her in and used the dark cadmium polychromo to get a bit more darker areas in her hair.
The paper i used to colour on is the Arches smooth watercolour cotton paper (expensive but so nice to colour on)
I mounted the image on an easel card base made from bubblegum kaisercraft cardstock with some kaisercraft patterned paper and sea foam and spearmint cardstock.
The flowers are from I am roses and the die is from Cheery Lyn Designs
I love the end result and hope you do to
Thanks so much for dropping by

I was scrolling through the kit and clowder facebook page and noticed some gorgeous stamps from Sugar Nellie had been coloured by some ladies. They were so sweet i had to go and take a look at what Sugar Nellie had to offer and i purchased a couple including this retiring digi Best Day Ever.
I have coloured the stamp with inktense pencils and mounted it on some spellbinder dies on top of some paper called hopscotch, on top of (i think its called) a butterfly folded card base made out of toffee coloured kaisercraft cardstock.
The little sentiment is computer generated :)

Melody

Wow! June is a busy time of year for our family because of all the birthdays. I needed to make a card for a very girly niece of mine and thought why not enter it in the MIC FB challenge why i was going since the theme is Girly for this month ;)
I have coloured up a Make It Crafty digital stamp called melody with inktense pencils. I have made a very snazzy card this time round using the bookfold technique. I got the idea from another fellow crafter Jenny. Mind you it took most of the day to get the template right to make sure all these folds folded in the right spots!

I had fun making this card, thanks for dropping by

Debutante

I had a custom order for a debutante card and this is the result!
I have used my brand new rubber stamp from Kraftin Kimmie called Calla Lily and since it was for a debutante i had to colour her in white. Urgh hate colouring dresses in white. they need to look shaded but not dirty. White but not flat in other words.
I have coloured her to the best of my ability with inktense pencils. Mounted the stamped image on an easel card. i punched the edge of the card with a martha stewart border punch (doliy lace i think it is called).
Embellished with some burgandy lace and pretty flowers from my stash and a little bit of beaded garland.
i am entering this card into the kraftin kimmie wonderful wednesday challenge-anything goes.
Thanks for dropping by.

This card I am entering in the kit and clowder challenge for May- Flowers

I have made an easel card out of bluebell kaisercraft cardstock and mounted the image in the centre and embellished around the bottom edge with gorgeous flowers from my stash and from I Am Roses making sure to keep in with the colour scheme of fuchsia and blue. I have also used a flower on the bottom half of the easel card as the stopper for the top half to hold it in position. I was tried to make sure the flowers all fitted together and i think i nailed it.
The twine bow is from Whimsy Farm twine and i also adhered half pearls to the centres of the white flowers.

Sweet stephanie

Its been a while since I have entered a challenge. This card I will be entering in the Dynamic Duo challenge #92 Bold and cheery with deep pink and navyish blue

It took me a while to get my mojo back and start this card but I needed it to send to a friends daughter for her birthday.
I have used Sweet Stephanie, a Make it Crafty digital stamp and coloured it with inktense pencils.
You can see the image coming to life!
I cut the card base smaller than normal so i could fit the doily off the edge but still allowing the whole card to fit in the envelope.
I have used kaisercraft cardstock bubblegum and navy aswell as some licorice(the doily frame).
The flowers are from I am roses and I embellished the centre of the large pink one with a dark pink adhesive pearl.
For not colouring for a quite a while I rekon it turned out pretty neat!
