The best day ever

Hello there.
I was scrolling through the kit and clowder facebook page and noticed some gorgeous stamps from Sugar Nellie had been coloured by some ladies. They were so sweet i had to go and take a look at what Sugar Nellie had to offer and i purchased a couple including this retiring digi Best Day Ever.
I have coloured the stamp with inktense pencils and mounted it on some spellbinder dies on top of some paper called hopscotch, on top of (i think its called) a butterfly folded card base made out of toffee coloured kaisercraft cardstock.
The little sentiment is computer generated :)

I will be entering this card in The Sugar Bowl challenge #117

Thanks for dropping by
Have the best day ever!!

Hello world!

Zing embossing powders were used to embellish the edge of the frame.
Beaded garland i got ages ago on ebay was  used to represent seaweeds/coral.
The sentiment is computer generated.

I am entering this card into the Aurora wings challenge #6 Under the sea.

Have a great day.

Chantelle at the races

Hello again
I have used a digital stamp from Make it Crafty called Chantelle at the races. I couldn't resist purchasing this image as i looove it and the thought of colouring the fold etc. was too good to pass up.
I have coloured the image with inktense pencils as per usual and mounted it onto a book fold card front made of kaisercraft cardstock and papers. I have embellished with liquid pearls and kaisercraft flowers.

Snazzy huh!
My sister in law better like it ;)
Thanks for looking

Thanks

Melody

Wow! June is a busy time of year for our family because of all the birthdays. I needed to make a card for a very girly niece of mine and thought why not enter it in the MIC FB challenge why i was going since the theme is Girly for this month ;)
I have coloured up a Make It Crafty digital stamp called melody with inktense pencils. I have used kaisercraft cardstock and paper throughout and embellished with some ribbon and some whimsy farm twine . If you haven't discovered this aussie made twine follow the link! Angie has every colour imaginable.

I have made a very snazzy card this time round using the bookfold technique. I got the idea from another fellow crafter Jenny. Mind you it took most of the day to get the template right to make sure all these folds folded in the right spots!

I had fun making this card, thanks for dropping by

Oooh i could go a nice hot bubble bath right now. It's cold cold here today and the kids haven't stopped squabbling, honestly you would think they were brother and sister.
Anyways my hubby's Nanna has a birthday next week so i figured i better make her a card and figured i would enter another challenge whilst i was at it.
this card is being entered into the Kraftin Kimme wonderful wednesday challenge June 18
(click on the image to enlarge)

Debutante

I had a custom order for a debutante card and this is the result!
I have used my brand new rubber stamp from Kraftin Kimmie called Calla Lily and since it was for a debutante i had to colour her in white. Urgh hate colouring dresses in white. they need to look shaded but not dirty. White but not flat in other words.
I have coloured her to the best of my ability with inktense pencils. Mounted the stamped image on an easel card. i punched the edge of the card with a martha stewart border punch (doliy lace i think it is called).
Embellished with some burgandy lace and pretty flowers from my stash and a little bit of beaded garland.
i am entering this card into the kraftin kimmie wonderful wednesday challenge-anything goes.
Thanks for dropping by.
