Lucy Loo 'Lucy'

Hello again.
Today is release day of Lucy Loo 'Lucy' at The East Wind. You can purchase her from The East Wind etsy shop here
You may have noticed my sneak peeks of this digital stamp prior to today on Instagram or on my business facebook page

I loved colouring this digital stamp up so much that i coloured her twice. I was more practicing colouring her facial features such as her nose in particular. Unky has some fabulous colouring tutorials of her digital stamps and the nose one can be found here.

Here is Lucy all coloured and attached to a card.
I have coloured her using polychromos pencils on Canson drawing paper.
I inked the edge of the paper with versamark blue ink. I used Navy kaisercraft cardstock for the card base and the sentiment is computer generated.

Travis' colouring

Now this is a special post.
This colouring was done by my little 5 year old son Travis. He loves colouring just as much as i do and occasionally I stamp or print out a digi for him to colour up. He really wanted me to post it on the computer to see what people thought and to see if he could win a prize.
So this is Travis' colouring of a Make It Crafty rubber stamp called Elven Samenah.
If you would like to purchase her you can get it here
Travis has used glitter gel pens (his favourite colouring medium) to colour this image.
He would like to enter this in the following challenges
Loves Rubberstamps challenge #139 Let it Sparkle

He would be over the moon if you could leave a comment of encouragement or praise for him
Thanks so much
Erica and Travis

Kathleen

hi everyone (waving)
Here i am colouring up my first Hannah Lynn digital stamp. This one is called Kathleen.

I am using polychromos pencils on MiTeintes paper.

Here she is all finished. She was so much fun to colour, If you would like to giver her a colour yourself you can get her here

The card base i designed myself and it was cut using my cameo. I have made it an easel card. I like how they can be displayed.
The cardstock i have used is from Kaisercraft and the metal hook i got from ebay. the blue tulle i got from my local spotlight and the brown twine is just ordinary house twine i got from office works. I used a molotow white paint pen to make the little dots in her hair also.
I watercoloured the background to make look like the inside of a shell with inktense pencils.

I love how it all turned out. i was kind of sad posting it off.
I will be entering this card into the following challenges.

Fairy Wren

Hello again :)
I have a card here that I have made for someone special. I saw this image from Ching-chou kuik and had to purchase it and colour it up. (you can get it here)
I have used polychromos to colour the image and inktense pencils to water paint the background. i thought i would give it a kind of sunsetting kind of sky.
I have torn the mounting card and paper aswell as the image paper to fit it with the Ching-chous current challenge. I tried to keep the colours natural but also highlight the blue from the fairy wren which i coloured to look like the real Australian native fairy wren.
I will be entering this card into the following challenge

Savasana

Here is my sneak peek of today's new release digital stamp from The East Wind
And here is the full version.
It is YogiBunny Savasana. He or she is in a very relaxing yoga pose (the dead pose)
You can purchase this digital stamp here

I have coloured Yogi Bunny with polychromos pencils and mounted it on an easel card made from kaisercraft cardstock and papers.
I have layered the card to give some depth and tried to give the look of grass with some cut cardstock and ground with my web ribbon as if the bunny is outside but still giving the card a kind of masculine look.

Angie Jam

Another card for another challenge. This time I will be entering this card into the saturated canary facebook group challenge & - Anything goes.
I have used a digi stamp from saturated canary called "angie jam" and coloured her with polychromos. Tried a different colour pallette than normal, gone with some blues. I have also used a martha stewart star border punch and a die from couture creations. The sentiment stamp I heat embossed and is from the greeting farm (i think).
Dressed it up a little with some buttons and rhinestones.
